PERSONAL TRAINING
You will receive a tailored program to meet your individual needs, including dietary analysis and advice, regular weigh-ins to review your progress and support and encouragement to meet your goals.
New personal training clients should book a free one hour consultation appointment. This will establish your medical, dietary and exercise background as well as goals you have.
If you prefer to attend with a friend/partner, contact us for more information on group personal training sessions we can offer.
